Sallie will be discussing various ways that people get stuck, and how to help them move forward. She will discuss personal empowerment, life transitions, care and development, women's issues, clutter, organization and how it affects us. It is all about moving forward in a positive way!
I am a fully certified CMC and PCC Life Coach who is passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals. In my generalist practice, I see a wide range of clients including small business owners, professionals, students, career or life "transitioners " and caregivers,as well as anyone needing assistance with organization and reducing clutter. Because of my own experience, I love to focus on women's issues dealing with relationships, midlife, self-care and self-development. It was not by coincidence that the Coaching profession took hold for me. I found that the characteristics of an excellent Coach were my greatest strengths. My strong intuition, love of challenge, creative approach to problem solving and ease with people, make me a natural Life Coach. You will discover that my patience, genuine caring, encouragement, guidance and motivational skills are all key elements that will support and empower you with the structure and steps it will take to help meet your goals. I am truly at my best when I bring out the best in others.
I began Life Coaching in 2004 as a natural outgrowth of my experience with deep imagery and hypnotherapy. In 2004, I founded with Phyllis Brooks and Lynn Tipton, Envision Health and Healing in Wenham, Massachusetts. The Center emerged from our shared belief that true wellness is a blending of physical, emotional and spiritual health. In aligning one "s life with one "s vision and one "s body with its deepest energetic intention, a path unfolds to a life of purpose, joy and peace. Prior to that, for 7 years I had a private practice in deep imagery at EverGreen Wholistic Center, Topsfield, Massachusetts, which was dedicated to the integration of body, mind and spirit as a key to health and harmony. It was at that time that I realized the healing power and benefits of hypnosis. Both deep imagery and hypnotherapy enhanced my skilled listening with specific knowledge, experience and training to assist me in working with the needs of my clients.

A husband and wife’s personal journey through depression, support and transformation.
Depression can hit anyone at any age. It is insidious, it is weight crushing, hold paralyzing. Millions are afflicted by this disease. The secret is how one deals with it medically, holistically and spiritually. Their story is not unique; they have been living with depression for over 36 years. What is unique...this husband and wife team’s willingness to take the risk in having an open and ongoing conversation worldwide. "We have learned new tools, exercises and how to change our mindset that we wished we had known years ago. But it was not talked about back then. We want to share what we’ve learned, provide expert guests on our show and continue our learning journey with you our listeners. It is time to give back and help others out there suffering with depression. There is hope and light at the end of the tunnel."

How did this transpire? Conway states, "If Rem-Dog, Jerry Remey, (a former Red Sox player and Boston TV Sports Announcer) can share his personal journey, so can I. It’s time to put words to our stories and share. If just one person sees LIGHT at the end of the tunnel, I will have done my job."
C. Conway Felton, III has 37 years experience in the insurance industry. He has served in the past on various educational boards, President and Treasurer for Children’s Alpine racing programs in New Hampshire, yacht racing sailing committee’s in Massachusetts Bay, and is currently a Trustee of Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine. He is an expert skier, experienced sailor, a competitive tennis player, and a father of 3 adult children.
Conway has suffered from depression his entire adult life. In the latter part of 2008 he found himself struggling to "find his voice", losing his confidence and leaving outside interests. Sallie, his wife, has been by his side and these are their stories through all their ups and downs.
