About Kristen

Who says you have to die to be reincarnated? Kristen White has already lived many lives in the past three decades from Hollywood, to Washington, D.C, to Palm Beach and a few stops in between. Kristen has worn the hats of a broadcast journalist, a Hollywood production script assistant, a Capitol Hill constituent correspondent, and an entrepreneur. With one common thread, Kristen has spent her life observing, listening to and telling other people’s stories. As a Palm Beach news reporter for the local NBC and CBS affiliates, she covered hundreds of dramas featuring a variety of players from celebrities to convicts and everyone in between.

Now as an intuitive life coach, Kristen helps clients build and strengthen their connection to their higher selves in innovative and dynamic ways. She uses her crystal clear intuitive insights to consult for clients around the world. She teaches workshops about building a spiritual practice and is a contributor to the media on spirituality issues.

She is the Founder of The Energy School located in St. Louis, Missouri. The holistic wellness center offers private sessions in energy medicine, spiritual counseling and a variety of workshops and training certifications for energy therapy. The center also host spiritual teachers from around the world for unique trainings.

Kristen is the author of the book Mystic in a Minivan. It’s a modern day parable for women in which the Law of Attraction meets Bridget Jones Diary. The book will be released in the summer of 2009 and is available on Amazon.

Kristen White has studied with a wide array of spiritual teachers. She is a Usui Karuna Reiki Master: A Sixth Sensory Practitioner certified by Sonia Choquette; an Angel Therapy Practitioner certified by Doreen Virtue; she is attuned to Lightarian Reiki and Lightarian Angelinks; she has been attuned to the first yang of Tsi Dup Yang Bod, a form of ancient Tibetan Energy Medicine from the lineage of the Bon tradition. Kristen is also a recognized medium and daughter of the Casa of Dom Ignacio de Loyola of Abandia, Brazil, also known as John of God. She brings her broad base of spiritual training to her own practice and includes it in her new course called Spirituality Bootcamp.

She lives in the Midwest with her three kids.
